Event and festival haulage with our own HIABs
Hiab Haulage is a Manchester based HIAB company delivering to events, venues and productions all over England, Scotland and Wales. Our lorries carry their own lifting arm, so the load is collected, carried and set down by one vehicle and one trained driver, with no extra lifting equipment to book on site.
We work with event organisers, production companies, caterers, hire firms and venues. Some jobs are a single kiosk for a weekend market, others are a run of units for a stadium or a full set of welfare cabins for a large outdoor event.

Film and television crews also use our lorries to hold lighting rigs and set pieces steady, giving them a stable lift exactly where the shot needs it.
Stadium deliveries planned to the minute
Venues run to strict timetables, with set delivery slots, marshalled routes and plenty going on at once. We plan every stadium delivery before the lorry is booked, so our driver arrives at the right gate, at the right time, with the right vehicle.
Food units, kiosks and bars are lifted off and set where the venue wants them, then collected again when the season or the event finishes. Rigid HIABs suit tighter service roads, while wagon and drag HIABs carry more units in one run.
For festivals and outdoor shows, we work with your site team on where the lorry sets up, on a firm, hard surface such as a service road, car park or yard, and the order units go in. That way welfare cabins, kiosks and production units are in place before the crews and traders arrive.

What does event and festival haulage involve?
We collect your units, kiosks or structures, carry them to the event site and lift them off where they are needed using the lorry mounted lifting arm. After the event we can bring everything back again.
Can you deliver to stadiums and arenas?
Yes. Stadium deliveries are a regular job for us, and we work to the delivery slots and access routes set by the venue.
Do you handle kiosk delivery?
Yes. Food kiosks, bars and retail units are lifted off and set into position ready to trade.
Can you work to a tight build and break schedule?
