HIAB collection and delivery, start to finish
Hiab Haulage is a Manchester based HIAB company carrying loads for businesses and private customers all over England, Scotland and Wales. You book a lorry and a trained driver, and we take care of the rest: lifting the load on, securing it for the road and lifting it off where you want it.
Because the lorry carries its own lifting arm, there is no forklift or extra lifting equipment to arrange at either end. That makes HIAB deliveries ideal for busy streets, yards, building sites and premises with no loading bay.

Our own fleet and our own drivers
From a single machine to a regular weekly run, customers come back to us because the job is planned properly and done safely. Our drivers hold CPCS cards and work to ALLMI guidance, and our fleet is FORS Bronze accredited. We also hold FTA accreditation.

What is a HIAB delivery?
It is a collection and delivery on a lorry fitted with its own lifting arm. The driver lifts the load onto the lorry, carries it and lifts it off at the delivery point, so no extra lifting equipment is needed at either end.
Can I book a single collection?
Yes. Many of our jobs are one-off moves for businesses and private customers. Tell us what needs moving and where, and we will plan it and send you a price.
Do you offer regular runs for businesses?
Yes. Manufacturers, merchants and hire companies book us for regular collections and deliveries. A trade account gives you one monthly invoice, while each job is still priced on its own.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Every lift is planned before the vehicle is booked, so the sooner we have the details and photos, the easier it is to fit your preferred date.
Do you offer HIAB delivery near me?
If you are in England, Scotland or Wales, almost certainly. We are based in Manchester and our HIAB lorries deliver nationwide, from city centre streets to rural sites. Send us the collection and delivery postcodes and we will plan the run.
How much does a HIAB delivery cost?
Each HIAB delivery is priced individually. The main factors are the distance, the size and weight of the load, the vehicle needed and the access at both ends. A quote request with photos of the load and the delivery point lets us price it accurately.
